Maple Crest Manor, established in 1976, was constructed out of a need for a skilled nursing home in Fayette, Iowa and any individual wanting to call us home.  We offer both private and semi-private accommodations.  We are a 55 bed, twenty-four hour skilled nursing facility.

Maple Crest Manor wants our residents to feel as much at home as possible.  Our ultimate goal has always been to meet each person's specific needs, to help them achieve the highest level of independence and to retain or regain the highest possible quality of life.

In 2003, the Board of Directors of Maple Crest Manor had Senior Housing Consultants, Inc. of Cedar Rapids do a market study and feasibility analysis to determine if Fayette could support and use an Assisted Living.  They found there was a definite need and desire not only for Fayette, but an interest and need from surrounding communities.  The Maples Assisted Living was established after this study.  It now provides a safe alternative to living at home and provides more independence than moving into a nursing home.
