The Maples Assisted Living is one of few Assisted Living Communities in the area that has a nurse on site 24 hours per day / 7 days per week, which allows for the highest level of care to be provided in your home setting.  We are also able to provide in-house physician visits and lab services, which allows us to assist our tenants in maintaining their independence for a much longer time all the while, remaining in their private assisted living apartment. If the time comes that more care is needed than can be provided in our Assisted Living Community, Maple Crest Manor can be the next step in our continuum of care. Our comprehensive care facility houses two distinct services: Rehabilitation and traditional Long Term Care. Our state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility has achieved 4 years of deficiency free rating from the Iowa Department of Inspection and Appeals, awarded a five-star rating by www.medicare.gov/nhcompare and www.ucomparehealthcare.com. As a tenant of The Maples, acceptance in Maple Crest Manor is guaranteed, providing availability.  This gives our Tenants the peace of mind of knowing that whatever their level of care need may be, we have it all!!
