We offer both private and semi-private accommodations. We have 4 deluxe rooms, 7 private rooms and 22 double rooms, each furnished with a bed, bedside dresser and a closet. There is no locked storage space in the rooms. We encourage all of our residents to personalize their rooms with pictures, mementos and other items to make for a homey atmosphere.
With open visiting hours, our center has two spacious lounges for family visits and socializing. Residents and families alike can have peace of mind knowing every room is linked to an emergency call system.
We are a privately owned corporation that provides skilled nursing care. We are Medicare/Medicaid approved and State of Iowa licensed. We are a member of the Iowa Health Care Association and the American Health Care Association.

Our conscientious and caring staff is always here to lend a helping hand. MCM provides medical equipment during short term illness as needed and warranted by a physician. Our rates are all-inclusive meaning most supplies, oxygen, dressings, etc are covered in the daily rate.
Also available to our residents is a local pharmacy that is our provider and delivers personal items as requested by a resident. We have a beauty shop for hair care with professional services twice a week. Cable TV and in-room phones can be arranged with local providers.
We have a full range therapy department and will bill Medicare and your supplement insurance for you.
