Maple Crest Campus is a skilled nursing and assisted living center located in the scenic small town of Fayette, Iowa. Locally owned since 1976, we have been committed to providing an exceptional level of service to our residents and their families.
Our partnership with Northern Iowa Therapy includes experienced physical, occupational and speech therapists trained in helping patients recover from a wide variety of illnesses, injuries and procedures. Our compassionate team of nurses ensures that residents and tenants have 24-hour clinical support and care.
